The school announcement. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we will have to postpone tomorrow’s indigenous event until next Sunday. I’m so sorry we have to delay it!

學校宣布, 原住民日延後一星期！

抱歉，由於家庭緊急情況，我們不得不將2023 年 11 月 12 日的” 原住民日”活動延後到下個星期日

Xuéxiào xuānbù, yuán zhùmín rì yán hòu yī xīngqí!

Bàoqiàn, yóuyú jiātíng jǐnjí qíngkuàng, wǒmen bùdé bù jiāng 2023 nián 11 yuè 12 rì de” yuán zhùmín rì” huódòng yán hòu dào xià gè xīngqírì.

We learned the new word “father-in-law’ , “postpone”, and “blood.”

我們學習了新字「岳父」, 「 延後」, 和「血」。

Wǒmen xuéxíle xīn zì , `yuèfù' , “Yánhòu,” hé `xuè'.

We welcome the new student, Beverly Fan, to our class.  The “self-introduction” 5 sentences from each classmate were shared.  It was such a lively conversation to use “where we were from and what we do to make a living” as icebreaker to greet each other.

We learned ‘to flunk” the course in the college during the “listening” and “communicating” sessions.

我們歡迎新學生 方貝兒,來到我們班。我們分享了每位同學的「自我介紹」5句話。 以「我們從哪裡來?，我們做什麼？」作為破冰-暖身活動對話，真是太熱鬧了。

我們在「聽和說溝通時」學會了,大學裡的老師可能會讓學生不及格-當掉。

Wǒmen huānyíng xīn xuéshēng fāng bèi er, lái dào wǒmen bān. Wǒmen fēnxiǎngle měi wèi tóngxué de `zìwǒ jièshào'5 jù huà. Yǐ `wǒmen cóng nǎlǐ lái?, Wǒmen zuò shénme?'Zuòwéi pòbīng-nuǎn shēn huódòng duìhuà, zhēnshi tài rènàole.

Wǒmen zài `tīng hé shuō gōutōng shí'xuéhuìle, dàxué lǐ de lǎoshī kěnéng huì ràng xuéshēng bù jígé-dāng diào.

Beverly also passed TOCFL 2.0 “Listening” and “Reading” parts.  She also had the official “Novice” level done last year, like Steven and Rico. Congratulations to her!

方貝兒 也通過了 華測快篩 2.0 「聽力」和「閱讀」部分。 她去年還完成了像葛艾倫, 和熊大東 正式的「準備級」。 恭喜她。

We also reviewed the homework of last weeks – traditional and simplified Chinese.

我們也複習了上週的作業——繁體中文和簡體中文。

Wǒmen yě fùxíle shàng zhōu de zuòyè——fántǐ zhōngwén hé jiǎntǐ zhōngwén.

5 students would like to work harder to prepare  for next year's "paper test" , they will turn in the homework of "self-test at home of "xerox-reading part" from "Novice paper test".

5位同學想更加努力地準備明年的“華測筆試”，他們將交出《準備級》中的“複印閱讀在家自測”作業。

5 Wèi tóngxué xiǎng gèngjiā nǔlì de zhǔnbèi míngnián de “huá cè bǐshì”, tāmen jiāng jiāo chū “zhǔnbèi jí” zhōng de “fùyìn yuèdú zàijiā zì cè” zuòyè.
