  • Two students missed the class due to the sickness from the children.  We focused on cultural class on "winter solstice" introduction.  
  • 兩名學生因孩子生病缺課。 我們在文化課上重點介紹了“冬至”。
  • Liǎng míng xuéshēng yīn hái zǐ shēngbìng quē kè. Wǒmen zài wénhuà kè shàng zhòngdiǎn jièshàole “dōngzhì”.

  • Yǐxià nèiróng:

  • 1. Explanation - the source of the winter solstice. 
  • 2. Taiwan's tradition - eating sticky rice balls. It likens the savoring Eggnog during the Christmas season, symbolizing the festivity and the warmth of winter, also growing a year older, and praying for reunion and perfection.
  • 1.說明——冬至的來源。
    2.台灣的傳統——吃湯圓。 它比作聖誕節時節的香噴噴 "蛋酒",象徵著節日的喜慶和冬天的溫暖,也像徵著長了一歲,祈求團圓和圓滿。
  • 1. Shuōmíng——dōngzhì de láiyuán.
    2. Táiwān de chuántǒng——chī tāngyuán. Tā bǐ zuò shèngdàn jié shíjié de xiāngpēnpēn de "dàn jiǔ", xiàngzhǐzhe jiérì de xǐqìng hé dōngtiān de wēnnuǎn, yě xiàng zhǐzhe zhǎngle yī suì, qíqiú tuányuán hé yuánmǎn.

  • 我們從老師講解“春夏秋冬四個季節的字源”中學習如何寫字。

  • Darrell Rico Doss ( 熊大東) listened to the dialogue, and practiced communication with what he had learned about "Winter Solstice" so far.
