  • Joseph (高 靖和) has been absent from school for two weeks due to kid's sickness from daycare center.  We reviewed and practiced the following words, phrases, and sentence patterns at today's class.  
  • Joseph (高 靖和)由於孩子在嬰兒中心生病,他已經缺課兩週了。 今天我們複習並練習了以下單詞、短語和句子。動詞 + 「沒」+ 動詞 等 搭配
  • Joseph (高 靖和)Yóuyú háizi zài yīng'ér zhōngxīn shēngbìng, tā yǐjīng quē kè liǎng zhōule. Jīntiān wǒmen fùxí bìng liànxíle yǐxià dāncí, duǎn yǔ hé jùzi. Dòngcí + `méi'+ dòngcí děng dāpèi.
  • Was you baby getting better in a way?
    Mother got a gold.
    Father also had a cold.
    The brother also caught the cold.
    We were not possible to wear the facemask at home.
    Did you communicate with your wife in Chinese?

  • While we were preparing for culture introduction class about the Highlanders and Aboriginals in Taiwan on November 13, next week, we discussed Columbus Day history.  It's called Indigenous Peoples Day now.
  •  Steven  (葛艾倫) was able to respond to the question of "Did Columbus discover the New World of Americas?"
  • 我們在準備11月13日,下星期, 台灣高山族和原住民文化介紹課時,討論了哥倫布日的歷史。 現在被稱為土著人民日。

     Steven  (葛艾倫) 能夠回答“哥倫布發現美洲新大陸了嗎?”這個問題。

  • Wǒmen zài zhǔnbèi 11 yuè 13 rì, xià xīngqí, táiwān gāoshān zú hé yuán zhùmín wénhuà jièshào kèshí, tǎolùnle gēlúnbù rì de lìshǐ. Xiànzài bèi chēng wèi tǔzhù rénmín rì.

    Steven  (葛艾倫) nénggòu huídá “gēlúnbù fāxiàn měizhōu xīndàlùle ma?” Zhège wèntí.

      Did Christopher Columbus discover the New World of Americas?

      We can possibly said, "no, because the New World of Americas had people live there already."
      We can also said, "yes, because according to the Europeans, they probably did not know that the New World of Americas had people live there already."



  • There are a few vocabularies as follows that both had to focus on.
  • 有幾個生詞都需要注意。
  • Yǒu jǐ gè shēngcí dōu xūyào zhùyì.
  • 發現, 比較, 跟, 和星期. Discover, compare, follow, and week.
  • Fāxiàn, bǐjiào, “gēn", hé"xīngqí".
  • We practiced these new vocabularies on Lesson 9 "Are you free on Friday?"  We later covered the pinyin phonetic symbols to enhance the reading skills which will be on "Band A" TOCFL goals next years for us.
  • 我們在第 9 課“你星期五有時間嗎?”中練習了這些新的生詞。 我們後來蓋上了拼音符號,以加強閱讀能力,這將成為我們明年 華語文能力測驗 (TOCFL)的“入門級 Band A 級”目標。
  • Wǒmen zài dì 9 kè “nǐ xīngqíwǔ yǒu shíjiān ma?” Zhōng liànxíle zhèxiē xīn de shēngcí. Wǒmen hòulái gài shàngle pīnyīn fúhào, yǐ jiāqiáng yuèdú nénglì, zhè jiāng chéngwéi wǒmen míngnián huáyǔ wén nénglì cèyàn (TOCFL) de “rùmén jí Band A jí” mùbiāo.


 


 


  •  The homework assignment this week - practice writing on page 67  "Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday" from Lesson 9.
  • 本週的家庭作業——練習第 9 課, 寫在第 67 頁作業本 “星期一、星期二、星期三、星期四、星期五、星期六和星期日”。

  • Běn zhōu de jiātíng zuòyè——liànxí dì 9 kè, xiě zài dì 67 yè zuòyè běn “xīngqí yī, xīngqí'èr, xīngqísān, xīngqísì, xīngqíwǔ, xīngqíliù hé xīngqírì”.
