My son is already 8 months old.

My goals for next year are the same as last year。

我想學習更多華語，以便與我的太太和兒子交談。
wǒ xiǎng xuéxí gèng duō huáyǔ, yǐbiàn yǔ wǒ de tàitài hé ér zǐ jiāotán.
I want to learn more Chinese so I can talk to my wife and son.

我希望可以去台灣旅行，我想和朋友和家人聊天。
Wǒ xīwàng kěyǐ qù táiwān lǚxíng, wǒ xiǎng hé péngyǒu hé jiārén liáotiān.
I hope to travel to Taiwan and I want to chat with friends and family.

我想通過 TOCFL Band-A 級考試，
Wǒ xiǎng tōngguò TOCFL Band-A jí kǎoshì,
I want to pass the TOFLC Band-A-level test,

模擬考試很難，尤其是沒有拼音的閱讀部分。
mónǐ kǎoshì hěn nán, yóuqí shì méiyǒu pīnyīn de yuèdú bùfèn.
The mock exams are difficult, especially the reading section without pinyin.
My goals for learning mandarin at WDCTS for next semester:
我下學期在華府台灣學校 (WDCTS) 學習華語的目標：
1. I would like to learn more Mandarin in terms of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
我想在聽、說、讀、寫方面學習更多的華語。
2. I would like to use Mandarin to communicate with my wife, sons, and family.
我喜歡用華語與我的太太、兒子和家人交流。
3. I would like to travel to Taiwan and visit my wife's family.
我想去台灣旅遊，探望我太太的家人。
4. I would like to pass the next level, Band A of TOCFL (Test of Chinese as Foreign Language).
我想通過下一級，華測考試 (TOCFL）Band-A級
